Contact The Owl’s Nest

The Owl’s Nest consists of locations, the organisations responsible for them, and a shared model. Where you should direct your question depends on whether you want to visit or use a location, discuss a professional or organisational matter, or learn more about bringing The Owl’s Nest to another place.

What is your question about?

Make your choice.

Choose the route that best matches what you want to do. You can change your selection at any time.

Visit or use a location

Choose this route when you want to visit a location, discuss a repair or project, use a workspace, join a workshop, ask a practical question or offer equipment or materials.

Each location has its own activities, facilities, access arrangements and capacity. Some locations allow short visits or initial questions during opening hours, while project work, guidance and activities requiring preparation are usually arranged in advance. See the locations overview for the current details and contact information for each location.

Make an appointment or ask a question

Use the form below to describe what you would like to do. You do not need to know in advance which location is most suitable. We can help determine where the required workspace, equipment, knowledge and available time best match your question.

If possible, tell us what you want to make, repair, investigate or learn; what equipment, materials or files you already have; and when you are generally available. If your question concerns a school, employer, care provider or another organisation, use the professional and organisational contact route instead.

Local operators are responsible for the organisation and operation of one or more Owl’s Nest locations. Contact an operator when your question concerns education, care or guidance, reintegration and participation, an employer, funding, a formal partnership or another organisational matter.

The overview below shows the current operators and the locations for which they are responsible. If you are not sure which operator applies, select I’m not sure in the form and briefly explain your question.

Contact an operator

Describe your organisation, your own role and what you would like to discuss. Where relevant, also mention the intended participants or target group, the practical objective, any existing guidance and whether a particular location is already involved.

An initial question does not need to contain a finished plan. The operator can help determine whether The Owl’s Nest is a suitable practical environment, which responsibilities need to be agreed and what a useful next step may be.

Contact about the model

The Owl’s Nest is not tied to one workshop, location, city or operator. A local implementation can develop its own identity, facilities and organisational form while remaining connected to the shared principles, responsibilities and HPL framework.

Choose this route when your question concerns establishing The Owl’s Nest in another place, using the shared name and identity, the HPL framework, contributing to the model or taking part in wider international cooperation.
