Projects

At The Owl’s Nest it is not just about a single repair or a one-off workshop, but also about projects that we work on over a longer period of time. Some of these are small and straightforward, others grow into something that touches several disciplines: woodworking, metalwork, electronics, software, documentation and everything in between. On this page we collect some of these projects so you can follow along, think with us and, if you like, join in.

The projects below are not finished “products”, but work in progress. We show not only what goes well, but also what we run into, which choices we make and why we sometimes deliberately take a step back. That fits The Owl’s Nest: a place where technology becomes visible, open to discussion and approachable.
