Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint? Choose the route below that fits your situation. That way your message goes straight to the right place.

Visitors and workshops

For drop-ins, using the workshop, and workshops. Think of appointments, conduct, safety in the workshop, or something that should have been handled differently.

Pathways and support

For participants in a pathway and for coordination with a referrer. Think of updates, consultations, agreements, and file keeping.

Website corrections and improvements

Is your message about the website itself (a small mistake, a missing source, a correction, or an improvement suggestion)? Please email info@the-owls-nest.nl. We deliberately don’t call that a “complaint”: you’re mainly helping us improve the content.

If you accidentally choose the wrong route, we will forward your message internally. Please keep in mind that it may take longer before you receive a response.

Urgent or unsafe?

Is it about immediate safety, a malfunction, or faulty equipment? Please report it right away on site to a staff member or someone from the core team. That way we can act immediately.
