The Owl’s Nest is one of the projects of IRADIS Foundation / ASK-Solutions in Haarlem-Noord. Through the foundation we connect technology, knowledge-sharing, digital self-reliance and (local) wellbeing work. For schools we are a practical place to practise alongside education, where learning happens through doing: contained assignments and projects with clear agreements and feasible steps.
On this page you will find the four routes education professionals use most. Choose the route that fits your question; the content, approach and alignment are explained in one place.
Work experience, stage-fit build-up and (where appropriate) HBO/WO placements. Technical and organisational, with clear guidance and agreements.
For gifted and high-performing learners who need extra challenge: learning strategies, work habits and self-direction through projects.
Step-by-step rebuilding after (risk of) absence due to stress, bullying, illness, loss or disability. Rhythm, capacity and stage fit, one step at a time.
Routes, noticeboard/database texts, role division and governance. For schools, partnerships and policy/funding.
Not sure which route fits best, or would you prefer a short alignment call first? A brief exploratory conversation is often the fastest way to clarify expectations, feasibility and conditions.
How we safeguard safety and what to do when you notice signals or unsafe situations.
