The Owl’s Nest is a community workshop in Haarlem-Noord: a small-scale, safe place for making and repairing where people can build structure, routine and self-reliance step by step. We function as a practical “practice place” alongside existing treatment, guidance, education or (work) reintegration, with room for small steps and low-stimulus support where needed. This often also fits when someone is not (yet) ready for group-based day care or feels resistance towards that setting. Not a mental health provider, not crisis care, not traditional day care, and not studio or unit rental.
Do you also want to include the organisation behind The Owl’s Nest correctly in your listing? It helps to know that The Owl’s Nest is the name of our community workshops, while the workshop itself operates as an initiative under a foundation. For context on who we are as a foundation, why we exist, and how our projects are organised, you can refer to https://www.ask-solutions.org/about. If your system distinguishes between a “provider organisation” and an “operational initiative”, you can use the foundation as the underlying organisation and The Owl’s Nest as the practical place where the work happens. On the foundation page you can also find the organisation details that some registrations or checks require.
