The Owl’s Nest locations

The Owl’s Nest has multiple community workshop locations in Haarlem-Noord. Not every location is the same: access (drop-in or by appointment), the level of calm/busyness, and the facilities available can differ per place. Below you’ll find a short overview of what to expect at each location.

The Owl’s Nest – Office

Address: Tugelastraat 55; 2021 TB Haarlem
Drop-in or appointment: Usually by appointment. Dropping in for coffee and a chat is fine during our office hours.
What can you do here?: Quiet meetings, coordination, design and computer work, and delicate repairs.

The Owl’s Nest – Paul Krugerstraat

Address: Paul Krugerstraat 36; 2021 XN Haarlem
Drop-in or appointment: Drop-in when the welcome sign is lit; calling ahead can sometimes be useful.
What can you do here?: Coffee/tea and getting acquainted, doing something small, discussing a plan, and workshop use per session (by appointment or by arrangement).

The Owl’s Nest – Spaarndamseweg

Address: Spaarndamseweg 120 A11-A12; 2021 KA Haarlem
Drop-in or appointment: By appointment (partly due to the closing requirement of the central hall).<
What can you do here?: Planned sessions, calm, guidance, predictable working.

Which location fits you best?

The best place depends on what you want to do and how much calm, space, and which facilities you need. For getting acquainted, coffee/tea, and drop-in access, Paul Krugerstraat is usually the most convenient. For planned sessions, guidance, and predictable working by appointment, Spaarndamseweg is often a better fit. For quiet meetings, coordination, and back-office work, you can go to our office.
